In the unlikely event that you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of the service you receive at FSPNZ please tell us so we can try to fix the problem. If we cannot agree on how to resolve the issue, you can contact Financial Services
Complaints Limited (“FSCL”) which is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. We have 40 days to respond to your complaint. If you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or calling FSCL on 0800 347257.
